Cancellation Policy
A non refundable deposit is required in order to secure your appointment spot.
Any cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations/rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 20% of the scheduled service fee.
Arriving 15 minutes late results in a $10 late fee and a shorter service may have to be provided instead of the original scheduled service.
No-shows/ same day cancellations/
arriving 30 mins late or more results in an automatic cancellation and a card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee.
A shortened service may be allowed past the 30 min mark, but the full service fee will still be charged.
I understand that true emergencies happen. Exceptions for cancellations can be made.
